We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as providing a replacement product or issuing a store credit.

However, please note that once the product has been dispatched from our distributor's facility, we are unable to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotional offer, the actual shipping costs incurred by SozaSkins will be deducted from your refund or store credit, if applicable.
